Parisian Chic

This week it has been in the 30s & 40s and although I'm sick of the cold, I figured I should make good use of my rain boots since I won't be able to wear them when the weather warms up. I threw this outfit together and something about it just screamed Parisian to me... Maybe it's the striped turtleneck, the beret, or the Loren Hope bracelet I'm wearing. I'm not really sure, but I'm loving it.

Can I just say how much I love the Target clearance section!? That place is like a haven. I found this sweater there for only $7!! They no longer sell it online, but I've linked up some very affordable options below.

Also, this is the first time I've worn maternity jeans on the blog and these ones are amazing! If you're pregnant, you will love Pink Blush's selection.

How We Wore It Maternity Style: Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Week! Today I'm teaming up with six other lovely bloggers to share our maternity Valentine's Day style. I am constantly amazed by all the amazing women I meet through Instagram. I've connected with all of of these bloggers via Instagram and many others, since becoming pregnant. I absolutely love following them and being able to see a small part of their life and experiences through their photos. All of these ladies and I are due sometime in May, so it will be so fun to continue to grow in our pregnancies and have our babies within weeks of each other!

As you can see above, there are so many different ways to take on a Valentine's look- pregnant or not! I love how we all have very unique outfits and they are all great options for Valentine's Day. Be sure to check out these lovely ladies' blogs at the links above!

For this outfit, I decided to keep things simple, but still incorporate some Valentine's colors like burgundy and hot pink. I have been loving the look of bows tied around the collar-line, as well! I think it's the perfect way to make a statement without wearing a necklace- and it looks so classy and feminine, which is my favorite way to dress, obviously!

What are you going to wear this Valentine's Day?

Rustic Tunic

Pink Blush tunic, c/o | leggings similar here | Sole Society bag | Ariat boots c/o | Rocksbox bracelets c/o | scarf similar here and here (This scarf is a definite staple, I wear it all the time!)

I'm not sure how this outfit came to be (I kind of just threw all these pieces together) but it turned out very rustic and I love it! I'm going to be honest, I'm a total city girl and I'm not a country girl at all. I love nature and the outdoors, but when it comes to my style I wouldn't classify it as rustic or country. I don't even own a pair of cowboy boots!

This tunic from Pink Blush is so versatile; this is like the 5th way that I've worn it. It's great for transitioning between seasons, as we are right now. (Year winter, we're tired of you.) Not to mention, tunics are a definite staple while you're pregnant!

Would you say your style is more rustic or city themed? Regardless, I think it's always fun to play around with different themes with your wardrobe. Also, don't mind the fact that my belly is literally about to burst out of this outfit.

Pregnancy Office Style: Dressed Up & Down

Ann Taylor blouse, similar here | Target skirt, similar here | Old Navy flats | Windsor heels, similar here and here | similar necklace here

Being almost six months pregnant has made it really hard to dress for work. I've always love dressed up outfits for work, but it can be challenging when the majority of your office clothes no longer fit you!

Stretchy knit pencil skirts are a great go-to when you're pregnant and I love that you can wear them before, during, and after pregnancy.

I decided to share this outfit with you wearing flats and heels. Shoes are a really easy way to change an outfit from dressed-up to dressed-down and I love how colorful these flats are- they brighten up any outfit! (Linked above).

Thanks for reading, have a great Friday! Be sure to follow along with me on Twitter this weekend!

Office Casual

Tj Maxx striped tee | American Eagle jeans, similar here and here | Sheinside blazer c/o | Sole Society bag | Mindy Mae's Market necklace | Maybelline Color Whisper lips, color: who wore it redder | similar sunglasses here

Last Friday at work we were allowed to wear jeans which was awesome because that doesn't happen very often! I love wearing jeans and that is one thing I wish I could wear to work more often.

I decided to wear a striped v-neck under a black blazer to balance the casual and dressed-up look.
Anyone who said you cant mix brown & black is wrong, because I'm totally digging the look of these nude heels & bag with the black!

Valentine's Day Inspiration: Burgundy & Pink

JC Penney blouse similar here, and here | Sheinside skirt c/o | Heels similar here and here | statement necklace similar here

I'm getting pretty excited for Valentine's Day, even though it isn't for about a month, This is one of more Valentine's Day inspired outfits to come in the next few weeks!

Pinks, Red, and Burgundy are some of my favorite colors and mixing them together for this special holiday is so much fun! This is a very dressed up look and would be perfect for a Valentine's Night date. I especially love the way that hot pink and burgundy pop together. A crystal statement necklace is the perfect way to bring a little sparkle, but this could also be done with a headband, a belt, or some glam shoes!

Have you thought about what you'll wear this Valentine's Day? What are your favorite trends and colors for this holiday?

Cozy with Pink Blush

Oh hi there! Remember me? I haven't blogged in about a month. The holidays were crazy busy and being sick + pregnant wasn't easy. However, I am back and will be posting regularly again!

Today, let me share with you the coziest leggings of all time...

It has been freezing in Colorado and I am completely over winter. I wish Spring would hurry up, but let's face it- that's not happening for a while. So I'll just be here cuddling up in these warm leggings and hot cocoa on my sofa. But seriously- favorite leggings ever.

Also, I have to mention that these are maternity friendly but they work when you aren't pregnant too! I've had them since before I was pregnant and they were fit me perfect. Luckily, they have enough stretch in them for just about any size. Good thing, because they are basically the only 'pants' that fit me. They are currently available in charcoal or aqua
