It's no secret that I love mixing patterns and I love fun prints like polka dots and floral. I love this outfit combination because it is mainly black and white but it is still a very 'springy' look.
What I also love about this outfit is the price tag. I found this popover on sale at Target for $6 and I thrifted this skirt for wait for it... TWO DOLLARS.
